Say NO to River Oaks Pools They seemed eager to work until they had 95% of the contract price. They got contract in March (10%), excavated in May (35%), gunite (50%) in mid June. but water was not in pool until late September, after many many many calls from me. They would not complete electrical, plumbing and painting. An attorney advised me to hire completion contractors. ROP will not reimburse me, will not answer letters, emails, phone calls, etc. I guess I'll have to take them to court. Electrical work is the worst-I thi... read more
Poor work, no follow up These guys are friendly and accomodating until they get their money which unfortunately is before they finish. The ownership and their management lie and refuse to return phone calls. I have many issues with the pool and equipment that have gone unresolved for months. I caught two of their flunkies at home unannounced and uninvited trying o cover their tracks. The worst part is thefixes needed aren't that hard they choose to avoid doing any work.
