Very nice people work there and live there
We were looking for a manufactured home and a safe place to live. We moved from Nebraska We Drove by River Oaks called and talked to Emely. She was so professional and polite We made an appointment and found the perfect home We love the park is very well maintained and has a pool, activities and is well lighted . I want to thank Emely for getting things done she follows through and always has time to answer questions We feel safe with the security gate Thanks again
My friend just moved there & got a great deal on a really nice house. All the houses are in great new condition & kept up. The park is quiet & clean which I love. The security gate makes me feel a little safer. There’s a large pool & rec room.
