We went to Los Vegas in search of a nice 55 and up park and had 5 places to look at and after seeing River Oaks the search for a park was over. We met Joanna Sataray who showed us the perfect home but time was against us completing the deal but Joanna swung into action making things happen and keeping us informed, it was refreshing meeting and doing business with a straight shooter which is rare theses days. The purchase process was very smooth. The staff is very friendly. The grounds are very well maintained. Best of all, it is affordable.
We became community members over 3 years ago. Very satisfied. Nice clubhouse with a monthly calendar of activities. Books, puzzles...pool table, workout room. Two new, fenced pickleball courts. The pool and deck area is well maintained complete with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Every staff member offers a smile. Nice place. Personable residents.
I must say that I was amazed at how this process went and I thank God for Joanna!!! She took the reigns and took care of me and my two daughters. Whatever questions, concerns, etc., she was so willing to assist and made us feel so comfortable throughout every step of the sale. Had it not been for her careful handling of this process, I am not sure if I would have made it to the end. Joanna you are the BEST!!! This has been a great experience and I love my new home 🏡 ❤️
