We became community members over 2 years ago. Very satisfied. Nice clubhouse with a monthly calendar of activities. Books, puzzles...pool table, workout room. The pool and deck area were recently refurbished, well maintained complete with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. Every staff member offers a smile. Nice place. Personable residents.
The place looks nice well taken care of. Gated and quiet
The park is ugly and not well maintained. The office says it’s a quiet park, and for the most part, it is……what they don’t tell you about, is all the noise that comes from Desert Inn Rd and Cabana. There is a constant rumble throughout the entire park. Also, the shopping in the area is very sketchy! Nothing but thieves live in this part of town. Try to find a nicer area of Vegas, this park is not safe and I’m glad I don’t live there anymore.
