Should have listened to myself and not them – I called the day before and said I wanted to reschedule because of a conflict that popped up. The lady at the front desk said, "Oh, you'll make it! You don't need to reschedule!" I called the next morning and left a message at 7:30 am saying I thought about it, and I still wanted to reschedule because I didn't think I would have time to get there.
