They dont answer the phone at alllllll.
Used to be service quick appointment making every thing so practical. Since it changed companies all became too complicated. Forever to get someone on the line
There billing is pathetic, they will not bill your insurance company and then send you a bill. Awful
My visit to River Oaks MRI and Imaging was an excellent experience. All personnel from Reception to Imaging were friendly and courteous and visit was very quick once I was called back for my CT Scan.
I rarely give online reviews and I am even more hesitant to leave bad reviews. But I had what I feel is an extremely frustrating billing experience with this facility. I had a bilateral hip X-ray (2-3 views) done at this place in early October this year. Before I went there, I verified with this facility and with my insurance company that the facility is in network with my insurance.
