Stayed here for 6 months in our RV. Older park that is gradually being fixed up. Quiet nice little community. Reasonable rent and the owner Susan is just the sweetest!!
Just recently moved in, river oaks is a very welcoming community. Everyone is very friendly and looking out for each other. Compared to where we used to live it, if feels awesome to love coming home! Susan the park owner has done an awesome job of upgrading and doing her best to make everyone happy!!
This park has come along so much since the new owners have taken over. Cleaning up the park, getting rid of old trailers and acquiring new beautiful ones. It's a quiet place to live. Everyone is very friendly and looks out for one another. Highly recommend. ;)
