They will lie to you so beware, they place homes where water is allowed to run under them which will cause structural damage and buckling floors in the longterm as water is the #1 reason for structural damage and for your floors to rot and buckle. The lots they place new homes do not meet Texas law standards as these lots are unsuitable for any manufactured home to be placed on. RecommendedI been here for over 5 year and would move if they paid me to. I just love the close net my Neighbors and I have..Even though i work in the city it feels good driven home to a quit peaceful place i call home. i lot of people say its bad here but. its two side to every story..ask them are they the ones with the issue am just saying
I live in this community and have been trying to get a straight answer. About a lot to put a home or buy one .
ALTHOUGH, I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES,AND WOULD LOVE TO RESIDE IN THIS COMMUNITY. HOWEVER NO ONE EVER CALLS ME BACK
