I have used Edward several times in the past few years and have been for the most part very satisfied with the work that was completed. This year, I hired him to complete a job which included significant landscape excavation and installation of a root barrier. I contacted River Oaks Lawn Solutions to determine why I was experiencing water pressure problems. Eddy and his team arrived on time and reviewed all the sprinkler zones. They identified sprinkler heads that needed repair and adjusted water coverage looking for the water pressure issues. After evaluating what could be causing the problem, they were able to identify the problem was a bad valve. I am a demanding consumer and I highly recommend River Oaks Lawn Solutions.

Would not recommend as owner uses bait and switch tactic to take advantage of customers. On thumbtack it clearly states he does not charge for a service call. Eddie (the owner) came out to assess our irrigation system, but didn’t bother to tell us that running the diagnostics would cost $135. He only informed us after we told him we were unsure about spending $800 on the work needed. Eddie well surpasses my expectations in a great time of need with my irrigation system. His knowledge and ability to fix the issue is great, but the passion and care for getting it right are what really blew me away!! What would have taken me DAYS (of time and unnecessary cursing) to complete...Eddie finished within an afternoon's work.
