Well organized Park and Office . Very polite and helpful getting all the paper work done…
well organized park and Clean. The office ladies were very nice and knew their jobs well.
I felt very discriminated. I got approved for a home through their finance group but was confused because the community told me I was denied. Finaxe grouo was unaware of the denial. Community office failed to tell me why. Called me on a saturday and told me I was denied and hung up with no goodbye. Called for a follow up 14 days later and was told to wait for a letter that I still haven't received.
Poorly managed raggedy properties
LETS PLAY A GAME.. What you see in these 2 pictures are definitely violations of the community. How many violations can you pick out. Come on, management, do something about this to not allow this to happen. It's just going to influence other people to think they can do what they want to do.
