DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE!!! Maintenence guy assaulted my fiancee and they are making us move!!! Nothing at all to their worker!! My fiancee wasn't charged the Maintenence worker wasn't charged but the guy across the street shot our house and was convicted and he could stay!! CROOKED MANAGEMENT THAT PICKS THEIR FAVORITES!! THE MANAGEMENT HERE WILL TELL YOUR BUSINESS TO EVERYONE!!!!

Lived here 4 30 years. Rents high, & I own my trailer. Water issues constantly.
I moved out of here two and a half months ago and was told my deposit would be refunded within thirty days. Finally spoke with somebody at the office and they said the check was mailed on May 6th. Is now the May 27th and I still have not received my refund. I tried to contact the office and spoke to Maria and she says she can't do anything about it. If you call the corporate office all they do is make a complaint ticket and send it right back to Maria, who responds with a message which is the number right back to her desk. S... read more
