Very nice and accommodating staffs. They communicate clearly and are very helpful throughout the process.
Walked in before an appointment just trying to get info , older lady asked if rental or purchase I said either and she pulled my info and says very condescending this says rental. No rentals, then goes to snip that purchase can take over 30 days my info said around that time and she kept talking down so I ended the conversation as she was acting like I was putting her out at 430 in the afternoon. Not professional very disrespectful
The move in experience was really simple, and Jane and Maria in the office were really nice and made scheduling things super easy!
