I've lived here for almost three years. The community is not well maintained. There are gaping potholes all over and what's left of the speedbumps are all jagged and routinely damage tires. The office staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I work nights, so I'm asleep during the day and they are aware of this. I keep getting rule reminders about having to mow the lawn and keep the weeds under control. Mind you, my side is on the left side, who should be getting the reminder to cut the grass—me or my neighbors? Also, just a heads-up: if you rent the clubhouse, you’re supposedly supposed to get a refund. It’s been two years, and I still haven’t received mine.
