I moved out of here two and a half months ago and was told my deposit would be refunded within thirty days. Finally spoke with somebody at the office and they said the check was mailed on May 6th. Is now the May 27th and I still have not received my refund. I tried to contact the office and spoke to Maria and she says she can't do anything about it. Clean and nice pool area.
DO NOT RENT OR BUY HERE!!! If I could give this zero stars, I would !!!!! This is absolutely the worst place to live. Maria something and JANE STEWART are RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE. There was a wind storm that came through in February and my stairs were blown off. They were left shattered in my lawn for over a month with kids coming over and playing on them. They said that they will get to it when they get to it. They gave temporary stairs that were wobbly, and you could not use them. I had to carry my son up that way he wouldn... read more
