Water shut off still continues, every month you will get atleast 1 or 2 shut off.
Shame on this management team! Please continue your search! They lure you in with an attractive offer of getting perks and it’s all a scam! I recently moved, I followed protocol and was misled with getting my deposit back via mail. I left the condo in excellent condition and was understanding of general principles of basic cleaning. The manger lied and kept my entire deposit with the exception of an insulting $0.97.00 They are crooks and they are dishonest!
