I would not recommend anybody to stay at RiverOaks. Save the headaches and stress and live somewhere else. I have lived at RiverOaks back in 2011-19 and it seemed to get worse and worse as the years went on. I can not remember when it started to go down hill but it may have started around 2014-15? That was when I noticed parking was getting harder to find. By 2016-19, if you couldn't find a parking spot by 7pm? I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years. Tiffany whom is the Property Manager and her team is amazing! They are always so responsive and accommodating. The property is well maintained.
I recently moved into River Oaks and have had a really positive experience so far. The move-in process was smooth, and the leasing team was very helpful and responsive. I especially want to thank Brenda and Tiffany they were both incredibly kind, patient, and made everything feel easy during the process. That really made a difference for me. Maintenance has also been quick and reliable, and the community feels clean and peaceful. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to live here.
I’ve lived here for about 3 years and honestly I’ve had a really good experience the whole time. The property management team is friendly and easy to talk to. They’re always quick to respond and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Tiffany and Brenda are great at what they do and are genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll meet. River Oaks is a great and beautiful property! The community is well maintained and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The manager and maintenance team are always on top of things and do an excellent job. They are responsive, professional, and clearly care about the property and the people who live here. Highly recommend living here!
