Michelle, the manager had called me to address my concerns with some issues which I do appreciate and felt being heard and looked after. I’ve been with Sam (the dietitian) for 4 months now, even though I still fight with my struggles, she has been very helpful and knowledgeable about eating disorder.

My daughter was referred to here. We didn't feel confident in the way the plan was headed. It was a lot of money for information that we already knew. There was no real plan made and money thrown down the toilet. Was then charged full amount for a session we missed due to visiting a psychologist but never revieved any rebate or even to be charged partial payment.
