Let me preface that I’m not looking to get anything free out of this review. I honestly was super excited to drop in here while in town for work. I showed up early to a 6am class and honestly was made to feel I was invading the regular member’s normal space. Also the coach was the last person to show up and never introduced himself to me the whole time. He was also on his phone texting throughout the duration of the workout. Solid crossfit gym with amazingly approachable instructors and workout routines. As someone new to crossfit, I felt welcomed and at home. Trainers adjusted things for me and helped me with form. There seems to be a great community among the members. Def coming back on my next visit to Chicago.

My go-to, drop-in spot whenever I’m in the Windy City! No frills, no nonsense spot with easy drop-in instructions and everything you need to maintain (and improve! 🥵) your fitness while away. Coach Jason is friendly and made me feel comfortable hopping right in my first few times. Today, owner Adam immediately recognized a stranger and introduced himself.
