enjoyed our stay /good comfy bed/clean room / would have liked insect screen in bedroom as i don!t like air conditioning at night / or a ceiling fan would be good/better lighting in garage

Stopped by for one night. Received an upgrade to a two bedroom apartment, which was expected and welcome news. Communication pre arrival was really good. The room was clean and the staff on site were quite friendly. A fairly short walk right into the main street of Queanbeyan. Would stay here again!
Excellent room and probably the best service I have ever had a hotel before. They seamlessly cleaned and maintained my room throughout the day as well as restocking our food. The parking was good, so was the beds, air conditioning, bathroom and kitchen having all ammenities. Highly recommend!
