Van 52934 on the way from havsu to parker today . This driver is a hazard! Abusing privileges and endangering people. In the left lane doing 40 in a 65 head down and texting. Almost causing a accident at the merge then speeding! Then you used emergency lights to get through parker traffic! Then proceeded all the way through town lights off. This will be everywhere if the public don't get an explanation and an apology. I should send you the bill for the coffee clean up too.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Not knowledgable, understanding or helpful, except to take your time and money. The list of problems is to long to put here but please, for your health or your family's health, go someplace else. They are SO rude and have know idea how to care for a patient; this medical facility needs some state oversight!

Went to Dr. Joel Braunsten with a list of symptoms. He said he only had time to hear one. Then wasted a lot of time giving me irrelevant medical information. I later asked for a copy of my chart notes and found it said I had a lung condition that was never diagnosed or discussed.
