Made an appointment waited four weeks to get in when I took it there. I’m from California. I had to wait two more weeks to get my boat worked on. Had to make two trips to get my boat.I had bought a brand new motor and all they had to do is exchange it out and put the tr-1 gold back on the motor, got home and found out. They never hooked it up and they charge me $650.poor service. I will never buy anything from them again . I would never recommend them to anyone. Can’t go around screwing your customers over.
Nice place, the staff is very nice
Incredibly bad service department! Just needed an outboard installed with a new throttle control, quoted me $1200 and complete in 2 weeks. It took over 7 weeks and they charged $3400. There was nothing unusual, a simple job just, just cinstant excuses the the mechanic wasn't available. Said they had 20 hours of labor to install the motor on a 20' riveted alumium boat with open gunnels to run wiring to the motor they installed. A complete rip off!
They were able to get the part I needed for my old yamaha outboard motor. Service was speedy, and Norm was very helpful.
Awesome people!, dog freindly very reasonable, bought new 8 hp yama and love it
