BEWARE!! We found bed bugs when we were leaving and having to make beds. Contacted the company and they say they have no findings of bed bugs. The cabin, location and view was great but this is not acceptable!
We hosted a Ladies church retreat at this lodge. We had plenty of space and the decorations were lovely. We didn't have proper can opener and they brought us new one. We also had problems getting the TV to work for the UT game and they sent 2 people to address the problems. One disappointment was the quality of bath towels because they were small and thin. Bring your own coffee filters for the fancy coffee machine that has the water piped in. The hot tub was enjoyable.
