Older park...clean but not great
I'm Rose, been here almost 20yrs on Brentwood!!! Years ago, I gave the park only one star...I can say; it has 'GREATLY IMPROVED' with the 'NEW' owners and no more trouble with hillbilly neighbors or delinquents, more consistent with background checks... I enjoy the fact; they itemize & give time, on your lot rent bill...And can pay online or auto-pay...Cindy is the nicest manager around & has a lot of patience... Nice place to live, but this place needs it's repairs. The water pipes are so old, the water tastes like sulfer. I had a water assessment done, the water is beyond safety drinking. From what I was told by two sources, when the place was sold to them, the previous owners paid to have the pipes and sewers replaced, but they were never done and the money was pocketed. This small community was build on a swamp land. If I would of known that, I would of found another place to live.
Been living here for I think 3 years now. I own my own mobile home. Lot rent and taxes and such are reasonable. The empty lots around are well maintained. I don't have any issues with the lot owner she's very nice and easy to talk to. The road to come into the lot has been fixed which is so nice now, instead of worrying about something breaking on your vehicle because of how bumpy and bad it was.
