I have been here for all four of my pregnancies and have no complaints whatsoever absolutely love the nurses love doctor Felicia The environment the people everything is just Great
This has been my obgyn for ALL of my pregnancies and Everytime I always get cared for properly never once have I had a bad experience here I would recommend this obgyn to any and everyone
I was very dissatisfied with my visit with Dr. Felicia Montanez. I waited 30 minutes in a cold room after being told the doctor would come soon, which left me uncomfortable and tense. When she finally checked the baby’s heartbeat, nothing was detected, which was very upsetting. I also asked her to review my recent blood tests (thyroid/progesterone), but she refused to look at them and only ordered basic tests. I left without the guidance I needed and with more stress instead of reassurance.
Couldn’t give me an ultrasound on site and was given referrals to get one. Went to ER, they gave me an ultrasound right away. Turns out I had an ovarian cyst. Mcr could have told me right away but instead they wanted me to wait with the cyst
The worst place I've ever visited, I made an appointment two months ago for my annual check-up, they sent me an email now canceling it, they didn't even try to contact me and when I called them they told me that they didn't have appointments until December, I'm not a new patient I've been there before, when I explained to the girl Leysi or something like that it was her name that I couldn't wait so long she hung up the phone.
