Doctor Felicia was/ is amazing! I truly felt cared for and heard! She was flexible with scheduling and meeting my needs! very understanding, she also give thorough explanations/ instructions on treatment as well as advice on everyday body care!! Updated added from 10/17/24 with photos. Before you read: if you are pregnant find a different obgyn to go to or if you don’t like things being done without your consent go somewhere else. My first initial appointment they called me one hour before closing time on a Friday and left a voicemail telling me when my appointment is for that coming Tuesday, which isn’t enough time to reschedule by the time I’d be able to call and I had never even spoken to anyone at all. THEY NEVER ANWSER THE PHONES--- and hang up on you I had to get an ultrasound for a cyst... I had to call several times in order to get a response from their front office. I left a voicemail and never got a call back on it. I waited over a week to go in person only to be told that I needed an appointment to get my results from the ultrasound... I however was leaving town for college and needed my results. ONLY GOT A RESPONSE BECAUSE I WENT IN PERSON AND WAITING IN THEIR LIVING ROOM FOR OVER 30 MIN ONLY TO BE TOLD I NEEDED TO... read more
