Felicia Montanez is great. She has a great attitude and very friendly. As well as the rest of the staff.
Wanna start by saying I NEVER CHOSE TO COME HERE! i was told to until my insurance was approved and now that it is IM LEAVING this place. The front desk staff is rude and insensitive. The NP wasn’t helpful with any of my questions at all, they dont do ultrasounds on site and just an overall bad experience here. I was referred by the hospital to go there cause i just found out i was pregnant and i also found out i have a sub chorionic hemorrhage that needed to be monitored and a follow up with an OB. Since then, my experience has been completely different: attentive, supportive, and caring. I have received a positive experience and continue to do so.
