Pictures do not do justice @ River House, It is straight out of a storybook! Absolutely stunning!! We found a path just shortly after the bridge where there was a sandy beach where the kids played for hours! It is a must stay and our host was AMAZING and so kind!! Thank you, Thank you for opening your home to us, We made beautiful memories!
Wow!! What an Absolutely Amazing place. The river is beautiful and runs right by the house. You can’t get better view out of each window. Breathtaking! And on a private island so my kids just ran and played all day! Gorgeous roomy home that easily slept 10 adults plus kids. Large wonderful kitchen which we enjoyed and cooked multiple meals Multiple decks with couches where we enjoyed family games or private nooks with a hammock or hot tub. I wish I could stay a month. Wow!! What an Absolutely Amazing place. The river is beautiful and runs right by the house. You can’t get better view out of each window. Breathtaking! Great place. Beautiful settling. 2 minor issues: 1) The hot water runs out quickly. Plan 1 shower every 30 minutes and you will be OK. It was a challenge to get everyone ready for the wedding. 2) We put my 83 y.o. mother in the guest room off the main entrance because it has its own heater and she is always cold. The heater didn't work.
