We like to take our children to beach hotels to practice swimming and enjoy the ocean when possible during the winter months, this was our first time staying at this particular hotel, but we saw it had a heated indoor pool and hot tub. Overall, mediocre experience. They have some issues with staff friendliness and helpfulness. The exercise room is trash. All three of the machines were damaged and of poor quality. The hot tub was broken. Not a terrible place, but could be much better with a few upgrades.
The rooms are spacious and super clean. The beds are comfy. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. That said, it was good and plenty for everyone. Desk service was awesome and friendly. The pool and hot tub were awesome!
