Love this never had a bad experience I go down from The last 5 years the same motel room two times in a year in the summer and they always let you in early at least 2:45 or 3 now that they got a new employee he was very rude I told him I was handicapped and they always let me in early he lied to me and told me the room wasn't ready so I had to wait till 4:00 so when I went in to check in at 4:00 there was a new attendant at the front desk so I told him how rude the other guy was and then he wouldn't let us in early he went a... read more

This place is in the heart of the city, walking distance to everything, from food to shopping to the beach. Nice place base camp at to go to Canon beach without the congestion, it’s a god 10-15 minutes drive. Breakfast was Ok, kids were expecting eggs and some kind of cheap protein but all they had was waffles, syrup and whipped cream, along with the classics, bananas, apples, instant oats , yogurt cups OJ, coffee.

Friendly staff they let us check in early for not extra charge, rooms were very clean, staff was knowledgeable about area and what to do, free breakfast was good too, the game room was fun and the pool and jacuzzi was clean and kids enjoyed it. There was a fire pit with a little playground outside next to the river it was really nice. It was only about an 8 minute walk to the ocean from this hotel so it was very close I recommend this place 100%.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever. Entire second floor kept up by pool party. When we asked if room could be moved for our other nights we were told no. When asked if they could ask group to keep it down a little they said no. As a matter of fact, Marcus at the desk told me that “hotels aren’t just for sleeping”. So if you want to sleep I would t stay here. I’m not one to leave negative feviews but Avoid This Hotel!!!
