Had a problem with my garage door only going half way up. Went to the office let them know and it was fixed with under 15-20 minutes. Thank you Jazmine and your office staffs
We have lived here for almost two years. Our AC ended up breaking a few days ago during a very hot week. I put in a maintenance request and very quickly one of the office ladies Jazmine sent someone over and we ended up needing a replacement. She already has it ordered and on the way. We were very impressed and grateful with the speed at which they got everything taken care of. Thank you Jazmine and Riverhouse!
I just signed a 15 month...that will take me thru 3 years here. Maint is prompt and respectful. Mgt is always professional and well dressed. My wish list...A Concept 11 rowing machine and a stairmaster. The grounds are always immaculate, pool is always clean. Traffic is quite heavy and a redlight...5 to 10 minutes. We have only been here a short time, but to say we love it would be an understatement!! Upon driving in the whole community is so well kept. The office staff, and maintenance are always helpful. The people who live here are always friendly. All the common areas are kept rigorously clean, and well maintained. We love our apt so much that upon walking we feel like we’re on vacation 24/7.
