Horrible place to go. The doors are IMPOSSIBLE to get a person in a wheelchair through. The ladies behind the desk just sit there and watch you struggle and not offer any help what so ever.
Showed up 20 minutes early for our 4:00 appointment, it’s now 4:20 and I am still in the waiting room. Find it very rude that they will cancel an appointment if I’m 15 minutes late but I have to wait almost half an hour+ for my provider.
I was very comfortable & it was very easy to talk with everyone
I've changed my mind about them for the better over time. They still leave me hangin without callbacks when I leave messages most times.
I've been seen here for a year now and it has been one of the best decisions I've made, to come here. The staff are genuinely nice, and take their jobs seriously. Nothing but rave reviews from this patient.
