The parking lot needs to have lines painted. They took the vending machines out and charge higher prices for snacks. Customers prefer ice vending machines but owner took the machine out. The room was clean but the dishes were not put away from the dishwasher. There were only 2 towels, hand towels and wash clothes in the bathroom which isn't enough for guests to use for their shower.

Booked through booking.com. Arrived and the hotel didn't have any record of my reservation. Booking.com called the hotel and talked to the night audit lady and she agreed to rent me the same room for the same rate minus the cancelation fee from booking.com. I reserved a 2 bedroom SUITE for a total of $169.00 (after tax and pet fee) which sleeps 6 and the hotel gave me a 2 bed ROOM for $159 (total of $211 after tax and pet fee) which sleeps 4. After getting into the room I check the pillows and they not only have dried blood ... read more
