The inside over all was pretty nice for the price and location near the mall and major parts of town and the highway are also pretty good. The outside of the building on the other hand is another story with rusty streaks outside in several places mainly on either side of the main entrance. Discourteous front desk agent disconnected call while I was inquiring about rooms available. Seemed annoyed throughtout call....
Holly was awesome and helped my family and I with room accommodations! We appreciate the help when we needed it!
The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, full size refrigerator/freezer, stove top with 2 electric burners, full sized under counter dishwasher, sink and microwave. Quiet rooms nice breakfast area. Great value with very affordable rates. Clinique, Holly and Maddy are wonderful and went above and beyond to accommodate me.
What a great place. Great location and warm entrance. We had reservations for the night while in town but with some snow coming we wanted to head home and not drive in it the next day. It was 5:00 pm and cancel time was long gone. However, they were so awesome and gave me a full refund and were so pleasant and accommodating. Love to see great customer service when things come up like weather.
