The room was awful. It stunk and there were so many broken and dirty things it would take too long to list. I'll just say the door didn't lock. We had to put a chair under the door handle. The management left the incredible front desk person to try to help us. We couldn't change hotels because there were no others available.
The inside over all was pretty nice for the price and location near the mall and major parts of town and the highway are also pretty good. The outside of the building on the other hand is another story with rusty streaks outside in several places mainly on either side of the main entrance. The other thing is the parking lot with no discernible lines for parking leading to people parking in such a way as to not always have enough parking to include when larger vehicles with trailers or larger pickup trucks taking up what woul... read more
Discourteous front desk agent disconnected call while I was inquiring about rooms available. Seemed annoyed throughtout call....
Holly was awesome and helped my family and I with room accommodations! We appreciate the help when we needed it!
