From the first time I called the office I was impressed with the wonderful customer service from Margo and then Trixie. =) Margo connected me with Rob the digital transfer tech. I was super excited to learn that they do not ship the video tapes out to another agency or province to do the digital transfers, that Rob did it himself, locally. This was a huge concern for me for years as I did not want these tapes "lost in the mail" and is the only reason I waited so long to get them done.
