My friend lives there.
It is not the kind of place that really cares about the elderly . We have no Amenities or any catering for residents. There is. No full time management it makes it very difficult if you are experiencing any difficulties.There is no maintenance. Unless you get a lot right on the river, but there is very few it is not a Scenic or Well, kept mobile home park. The prices are too high for the Extremely small lot.
