Love this place, perfect spot by the river in the city, but actually away from the city. A jewel location.
Owned in River Grand for 22 years. Amazing building with great amenities. Very very friendly. Top notch library. Reasonable fees. Awesome location on trail system.

What a class place. Probably one of the best looked after buildings in Edmonton. And the owners are super friendly. Did I mention that it is right next to the river and all kinds of walking trails. Also next to the brickyard for tasy eats!
