Dr. Faber is amazing and we are extremely lucky to have such a great physician in our community.
Staff is rude and non empathetic. You do not feel like you matter as a patient.
I called Luminis to schedule an appointment to see a doctor. Dr. Denton has always been my PCP ( I’ve been a patient for about 20 years back when it was solely River Family Physicians, or so at least I thought). After identification I was told that I am no longer a patient and that they are no longer accepting new patients. I was never contacted that I was going to be removed from their patient logs nor was I ever afforded the opportunity to respond to such action.
