Great local company. They always answer the phone and work to get me the best deal!
Jeff Dusek repeatedly lies to homeowners and slanders people he has never met. He makes things difficult for homeowners and is incredibly hard to work with. The fact that River Falls Mutual keeps him employed reflects what kind of service they provide. Never buy your insurance from these people. There are plenty of other local companies who would love your business.
Had them for years. My shed collapsed, they fought very hard not to pay. They dropped me after. Very poor insurance company.
