I would give them 10 stars if I could. I used River Express to move from Central coast to Canberra. The fees were transparent. No additional charges on site and everything was carefully boxed and wrapped without additional fees (my previous removalist company charged me $1k onsite because of stairs, glasses, monitors etc.) These guys handle stuff with care and careful planning. River Express did an amazing job! The 3 men were very efficient, polite and friendly. They took great care of our items and communicated clearly. Would highly recommend their services. Even though they are slightly pricier than other companies, they are totally worth the money!
Very happy with the service provided. Everything was explained well, super friendly, prices made clear, quick and effective. After hearing so many stories with other moving companies, I'm glad to have found a company that gave me peace of mind.
Second time using River Express! Best moving experience (and we've moved many times in Sydney). Love these guys! Polite, prompt, efficient, friendly. I have referred them to many people. I have had awful past moves, where I've been under quoted and given incompetent workers who broke furniture and appliances. Not the case here. If you want a stress free move, book them! Worth every penny! Thank you to Puma, and the other two guys that helped move us today 😊
