We spent 2 days out there. We loved this cabin. It's surrounded by trees, so there's a lot of privacy. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. We spent a lot of time outside by the fire pit. Very cozy and relaxing. The only downside that has nothing to do with the cabin is the road going up to the cabin is pretty rough.
We had a great holiday week at River. Escape! It was spacious enough for 7 people and a dog both inside and out. And we enjoyed the modern decor. We loved using the hot tub, fire pit, the large kitchen table, and the games and puzzles provided. There were slight issues like the water level being low in the hot tub and feeling like it needed to be changed, as well as puzzle pieces missing from the puzzle we did, but these were fine in the grand scheme of things for us.
