Jonathan is not only a terrific broker, but an outstanding property manager............very professional, and always responsive!
Terrible company. They don’t reply to emails, they ask you to attend useless HOA meetings, only to tell you that the same issues that have been occurring for the last two years to other owners (tuckpointing work on the bricks of the building, causing internal leaking in units) have no end in sight. (Which could’ve been told in an email). Yet, they want us to continue paying HOA fees every month, only so that they can be incredibly rude to me and my wife and completely unresponsive. Came back to edit 3 years later: This place has gone down hill consistently since River Elm purchased. Anna is quite possibly the worst person to be dealing with. Pair her with John and it’s literal Neanderthals chasing their tails. Our buzzers been broken for months. But they want to leave us notes about the color of our door not matching, because there’s are garbage and we replaced with a better one. We have a laundry list of issues she has yet to address.
