Our Condo Association is very pleased using River Elm as our Management Co expertise from the owners to the staff! When you call, its always answered by a staff member. Our financial, repairs and communication is Top Notch because of River Elm. I hesitated to write this, because I don't want them to get anymore biz, Our HOA wants them to ourselves! 😆
This company took over management of our Association several years back, and in my opinion has done a terrific job in several facets of our operations. But I want to particularly single out Ms. Vita DeMonte, the Field Service Manager, who has done an OUTSTANDING job in servicing our account, whether it be for Association or personal needs. She is timely, personable, with great professionalism, attention to details, and follow through. She makes all the difference in mine, and others satisfaction levels.
