I have NEVER had such a poor experience in my life then I have living in this mobile home park. William Miller went out of his way to take advantage, bully and lie. He has made zero effort to honor his verbal commitments to our contract. I moved into a mobile home that has a list of 37 reparations that needed to be completed before I occupied.
