I've been going there they started out nice at first but I've been out of effexor for a a year and all at ounce they cut me off after they messed up my appointment and now I don't know what to do or how anyone can help me file a complaint against them for malpractice of a patient and every time you get used to seeing the same doctor they switch you to someone else and then you have to explain everything all over and with PTSD that's hard having to go through that every time
Staff is terrible. The Doctor wanted to tell me all about how great Trump is. Very rude to my friends service animal.
This location was by far the worst. The staff wasn’t friendly, didn’t listen, and responded disrespectfully when asked simple questions about scheduling an appointment. Our appointment was to see a doctor in person, once we arrived they notified us our appointment was changed to a virtual appointment. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at River Edge. During my time as a client I have encountered several issues that have left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.
I entered their inpatient program for suicidal thoughts with 1 yr 8mo and 16 days of sobriety and PTSD resulting from someone who tried to kill me in my home. I completed 2 of the 7 day program when my attacker was admitted to the same unit as mine. River Edge’s solution to the problem was to discharge me the same day and allow my attacker to stay despite the fact that I had a restraining order.
