1.5 stars. The apartments are run down. Grease, dirt on cabinet faces and or cabinet doors missing pieces. The mattresses feel like box springs (you can feel springs when you sit on them) so I had to buy a twin mattress. Smokers leave cigarette butts all over near the doors and some people w dogs don't clean up after them so dog poop on lawns pretty regularly. This place could be 50/50 depending on the type of roommate you get and the amount of personal belongings you bring with you, i got a dope unitmate 👌 and i didn't bring much stuff with for I was told not to trust this place. what do I mean, well if you expect to not have All your stuff bagged and tagged by property cleaning staff think again. Employee housing here is a joke and that goes along with many other apartment complexes for employees here in vail. Thought we would be treated better being employees but the housing management couldn’t care less to do anything about any of your complaints so beware. Also would like to note that they need to be more thorough on checking who they let live there and if they claim that there’s “no parking” that is a joke because that lot is empty all hours of the day and through the night.
