Clean and efficient. Staff is professional and kind. the reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that there seems to be a lot of wait time, and one has no glasses, cell phone, or reading material while waiting, it might be nice to have a television in the pre-surgical patient waiting area to help pass the time.
Wow … I didn’t know cataract surgery was such a booming industry! The waiting room was packed when I arrived, but it moved pretty well due to the expertise and teamwork of the entire staff. Everyone had a specific job to do, and they performed well, which eased an otherwise stressful situation. Highly recommend!
Everyone very professional after surgery both eyes had scratched cornea in pain for 2 days each will not be back
I felt like I was in a factory for surgery. Very impersonal….nurses and anesthesiologists were quick to keep up with the next patient without listening to me. I love my doctor and she is brilliant but if there could be more compassion, more kindness and communication between nursing staff, anesthesiologists and me I would have felt much more relaxed and cared for as a patient and not a number.
