Called and left message, no response, crickets. Then... Texted as per their voicemail instruction, again no response. Crickets. I'd have better luck talking to a dead Aunt. Must not need additional business. I pass on this persons business. Employee at River Dog, texts me to dispute that they never had a call from me BUT, they were texting the day and time of my call. Ok, trust them if you like.

These guys are good. In the middle of remodeling my bathroom due to bad tile work, I realized I didn’t have the tools or know how to properly lower a flange. Matt did thankfully. And he did it well. Professional and prompt. Squeezed me in next day. I gladly paid for the experience, tools, and code knowledge.
