Poor service ! Booked appointment for cleaning and they messed the time up. Why send a confirmation email with the time if they don’t keep it ! No one seemed to care that I took time off for appointment. They just said I would have to rebook. What a joke.
Went for a dental cleaning today and had the best experience. Simran did my cleaning today and she was the best. She was very thorough and explained to me everything she was doing. Hoping to get her next time I come in for a cleaning!
Excellent and thoughtful care and service!
