Excellent, Friendly, Like it!
Good experience with dr kollen and surprisingly attentive reception staff so my review is 5 star service.
I was refused service because I am insured by the Canadian Dental Care Plan. It's very un-Canadian to refuse service to someone who doesn't have private insurance or can't afford to pay out of pocket. That they choose to be exclusive and not serve all the people in the community is distasteful, especially at this time when so many Canadians are struggling. Shame on River District Dentistry for not supporting public health programs that are intended to enable access to health services for all Canadians.
