First apt they ran 15-20 mins late and then booked me in for the wrong service, I waited a total of 45 mins. Second service they cancelled my appointment an hour and a half before due to the practitioner having a family emergency but never called just said they sent a text message that I never received.

I’ve been going to River District Dentistry since they opened and I have always received exceptional care from all the staff that work here. The dentists are extremely caring and thorough with their work. Highly recommended!

I was a real patient at this exact location and experienced lack of care for a sensitive health issue from admin to dentist. Please don’t further minimize your customers experiences, it’s not a good look.

Dr. Pang has been our family dentist, and we’ve had a wonderful experience with him. He is extremely professional, thorough, and always has a clear plan for our dental care. He genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. My children also really enjoy going to Dr. Pang. He takes the time to explain what he is going to do in a fun and reassuring way, which helps put them at ease and makes dental visits much less intimidating. I just went for my first appointment here and had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and kind, and made sure I was comfortable. Definitely going to continue going back for my checkups.
