I’ve been seeing Dr. Claire Shearer for nearly 13 years now — I’ve followed her between practices, and even though I live in Perth, I still make the trip down to Margaret River just to see her. Here to make money not help people. I had an appointment booked for a clean and consult they tried to tell me they didn’t have enough time in the appointment and that I’d have to come back and pay again for the clean when I told them I didn’t have time for this and I’m here for what I booked they managed to get the clean done… They proceeded to tell me I needed emergency/immediate surgery but I didn’t feel like it was that bad so I got a second opinion and was told otherwise. First time I’ve been to this dental practice, having had not such a great experience at another two in the Capes region. This was a five star experience - I felt very confident in Dr Claire’s abilities. She had just the right mix of professionalism and friendliness as well as being very thorough. . Everything was explained beforehand and I was warned immediately before any new noise, sensation or experience occurred. I shall be going back!
A shame after so many years that you have no possibility to discuss a price charged by the dentist without taking an other appointement ! a quick phone call will have help and probably resolve the problem!! The "welcome" lady at the front desk was really rude and not caring at all !
Dr John is the best! Such a good experience. Sad to move away. Highly recommend these guys
