I’ve been a tenant at RiverCrossing Storage on 12100 for almost 2 years now and have never needed or wanted to move facilities. From the moment we moved in, we were provided outstanding customer service from a gal named Nelly. She made sure to set our unit reservation and so when we arrived finalizing paperwork was easy. We were moving our things from another storage facility into River Crossing and would be making several trips. We were not too excited about making the move but River Crossing was closer to home. Ed and Laurel I wanted to express my gratitude to Ed for recognizing something was wrong with me that day and his compassion when explaining my situation, he instructed me on who to contact . He was so helpful and kind. When speaking with Laurel she was very kind and professional and on top of everything if I didn't email her back right away she would reach right back to me making me feel she was right on top of things... Storage facility is very easy to work with, Always super clean, Always easy access, And in the office, Nelly is always very, very helpful. Very glad she helped us out with our leases
