The restaurant food was good and the view was lovely. It was not too busy on a Saturday afternoon but service suffered. Service was slow and our waiter was pleasant but didn't follow thru on requests. He asked if we wanted a basket of bread and it didn't show and someone asked for something in their drink and he forgot. Overall, service should have been better considering the few customers.
Great food, horrible and worst service I’ve experienced personally. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after what we experienced, I feel like people need to know. We had a group of 8 celebrating my sister’s birthday—something we had all been trying to coordinate for a long time. There is nothing negative that you can say about your experience when you visit the River Crab. From the service (ask for Deb - she's amazing) to the view. From apps to dessert you can taste the freshly made products. Bring and appetite as you will not be disappointed. Wine menu is decent and the craft cocktails are a must try.
