Very quiet,park across the street. Real nice neighborhood.
I’ve lived here for 11 years. The last 3 years have been terrible. Nothing gets fixed the laundry room is a mess and has destroyed countless clothes. It’s only run through an app and can use quarters. The manager Dean does absolutely nothing. We have people at the pool until 1 am screaming and when telling dean about it he does nothing about it. Kids were throwing fire crackers at the pool. Went to his place where you can even hear it from there. Terrible Management and facilities. Mold in most apartments that takes 6 months... read more
These apartments are very affordable and in a very good area. I love it!
My partner and I are now approaching 3 years at River Cove, and our experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The grounds and facilities here are beautifully maintained, pool is often cleaned, laundromat is always functioning, and the neighborhood is peaceful.
