I’ve lived here for 11 years. The last 3 years have been terrible. Nothing gets fixed the laundry room is a mess and has destroyed countless clothes. It’s only run through an app and can use quarters. The manager Dean does absolutely nothing. We have people at the pool until 1 am screaming and when telling dean about it he does nothing about it. These apartments are very affordable and in a very good area. I love it!
My partner and I are now approaching 3 years at River Cove, and our experience has been nothing short of pleasant. The grounds and facilities here are beautifully maintained, pool is often cleaned, laundromat is always functioning, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Before moving in here at this complex my girlfriend and I have been looking for 3 months to find a good apartment with good management and someone who wouldn’t take advantage of first time renters such as ourselves. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have ended up here with our manager Dean!!! He is great at what he does and makes us feel like we can truly call this a home!
