Total rip off !!!!They will completely lie to you about how much you have to pay for your building just to get in to 12 months paying and still oh more on the building than it was originally worth
This company lied about their payoff policies, they lied about the condition of the building we purchased and they said they would take money off the total to compensate for their lies but of course that was a lie as well. They have no honor or integrity.
Make it too difficult to pay off a shed also hide bad reviews
Tried several times to make a 2008.21 payment which would pay off the shed. The automated system says whole dollars which won't allow me to pay off. When I called and spoke to a lady she said make your payment through the automated system, which you cannot do because of the whole dollar amount you speak of. Why can't I make a 2008.21 payment while I'm speaking to customer service what's wrong with this company?
