River Country is the best! They take great care of my animals. My dog Tyson needed a procedure done to remove a cyst and Dr. Roxy took care of it perfectly. She's the best!
The Dr was the Only one I could get appointment with Right away. My dog had severe jaundice and I Don’t think He Could have Lived much Longer/ or have Had severe Damage to his Body without Treatment! She was so good at letting me know her treatment plan all Along. I Highly recommend Dr Roxi and the Clinic
I went to Dr. Roxi for allergy issues on both my dogs. My dogs have gotten allergy issues the last couple fall seasons. I have gone to another veterinarian previously and this year I decided to try a holistic approach. I am hopeful. So far Dr. Roxi has helped me so much in returning emails, texts or phone calls to any questions or issues I needed help with. She was so gentle with my dogs and she has a lot of knowledge. Dr. Roxi is the only vet we go to, because her practice is integrative. She focuses on healing the whole system, rather than just addressing the symptoms and not the cause of issues. I will never support any vet who takes pet away into back room without an owner, pushes unnecessary vaccines and damaging diets like kibble.
We are so disappointed by this experience as we love to support local Montello businesses. We brought in our third hound dog/Yellow Lab. He tested positive for Lymes. Roxi's diagnostic analysis made no sense whatsoever, nor did the follow-up testing. I paid a lot of money for this visit. Our vet in Oconomowoc cleared everything up. Still waiting for answers from Dr. Roxi. She won't return any phone calls. Be careful about her, folks.
