We are so disappointed by this experience as we love to support local Montello businesses. We brought in our third hound dog/Yellow Lab. He tested positive for Lymes. Roxi's diagnostic analysis made no sense whatsoever, nor did the follow-up testing. I paid a lot of money for this visit. Our vet in Oconomowoc cleared everything up. Still waiting for answers from Dr. Roxi. She won't return any phone calls. Be careful about her, folks.
Dr. Roxi is wonderful, gentle, and very knowledgeable. I recently took my kitty in for shots, and a checkup. My kitty was a stray, and wanted to make sure everything was OK with her. Proper tests were done and she's a very healthy kitty. Always felt confident in Dr. Roxi's skill as a vet and surgeon. She saved my dog's life a few years ago with a complicated emergency surgery. I will be forever be grateful. Highly recommend!!!!
Doctor Roxy and her staff, are by far hands down the best vet clinic I have ever taken my dogs to. I have a pack of german shepherds and a great pyrenees, puppy that she has seen for years now and the compassion that she has for the dogs and they're servants. It is amazing. Dr. Roxi is great but the staff are a major problem. They don't relay messages and they don't call you back. This could be life or death for your pet. I don't know if the staff is family or volunteers or what but they need to go. Very unprofessional.
