Your reply about just letting you do your job that you are good at is laughable. AND, you say that you did a lot of replacements for free is a joke too! I had bought hardware for the gates and you could had returned any/all defective materials back to LOWES. Lastly, I could have been satisfied with your job if only you and your crew did the job "right the first time" instead of me having to point out "hourly/daily" the very poor attention to detail.
