My electric water heater literally fried. I called them on a weekend and they arrived within the hour. Diagnosed and installed a water heater two days later. We had some hiccups with electrical, but it's working amazing, and they were super professional and concerned that we actually had hot water. They are competitively priced, and they are a really nice team to work with.

They showed up on time. Great workmanship. Took about 2 hours to replace old water heater with a new water heater. I would recommend and the price was good.

I called river city water heaters for a plumbing problem. I talked to steven, and he said that he could get a technician.David out the next day. The next day, David arrived on time was very polite. Professional. I showed him the 2 bathrooms that I would need him to work on. And he asked me which one he preferred me to do first and I told him I didn't really care.
