If I could give more than 5 stars I would. In 10 years I haven't found a shop with this quality of customer service. I came in with a wheel bearing issue and they jumped right on it. The price was less than half of what I thought it would be. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone and I will be traveling here from NC for all work on my truck and trailer from now on.
I bought my truck here over a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I've got from the owner to the mechanics. Had some minor work done over the past 2 days and everything was on time and they helped me out on the price. It's worth stopping in if you need a truck or maintenance done!
If you need a truck and don't come here sooner, you're crazy. Nancy and Jim are the best. They'll help you with everything, and their prices are very, very good! 100% recommended. I'm leaving happy with my truck.
Everyone is very kind and respectful here. Very honest and didn't try to hide any issues. Communication is top tear.
One of the worst experiences I had ever had. Went to get ac work done and didn’t not put all the bolts back in the dashboard. Told the shop manager and his response was what do you want me to do about it. They unplugged my lights and deny even touching them. Mechanic strip out bolts on the air compressor mount. Had an attitude because they had to fix it. Do not recommend this shop they hold no accountability
