Is this an actual establishment for families or some sort of front for illegal activities??? I have jumped through 4 hoops for them in the last 6 months. I am always having to call them and email, trying to get the next appointment. Trying to figure out the next step. I have completely lost ALL confidence in them. Who is running the place?? This has been very frustrating, upsetting, exhausting. I left a message for them, once again stating that if my son is unwelcome, please let me know! I'm done. I'm moving on. Owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful. They are patient and understanding and have been very flexible. We love having all the staff in house and always available if I have questions and communication has been great!
I don't think the owner of a company should also be the boss or even owner the place, the receptionist is HR, the cook, the scheduler, the personal shopper, etc The owner definitely plays favoritism. Communication should be very important amongst the staff and the parents of the clients that attend the center as well but it's not only with the owner. Saw some darn good staff get thrown out the door due to favoritism without actual cause and reasoning. The kids progress is rewarding though.
