the fat guy with the piercings on his face i’ve encountered twice. literally the rudest person i’ve ever met in my life. said in front of multiple people that he will only pierce me to take my money. then was incredibly rude to other customers. was insulting towards me and my friends and acted like we were incompetent when we asked questions.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could.. I needed to purchase sea salt spray for a piercing I recently had done (not at this shop) I asked the guy a few questions about the aftercare of my piercing.. The guy was rude and a complete jerk.. Now I see why there's never anyone in there when I go past them while shopping. I would never get any work done at this location or any for that matter. You'd think with the negative press they've received they would try a little harder at customer service.
