Can't imagine a negative review about this company. I just had a counter top installed and the experience was as good as it gets. Exceptional quality product, expertly installed, courteous and experienced craftsmen. And the price was better than I could have gotten at Home Depot or Lowes.
River City Solid Surface treated us horribly. Their customer service is almost non-existant. I wish I would have hired someone else. We recently had BLACK GALAXY countertops installed. After installation, we noticed a 4 foot long line through the counter. It goes in a perfectly straight line. It appeared to me that the counter had been broken and glued back together.
