After a horrible experience with another company who had no local number to call or local person to talk to directly, I ultimately was pointed to Tiffany at River City Shredding in Ringgold. She provided the local touch needed to convince me to drive to this location and get my shredding completed. She worked with me on short notice, and the job was completed quickly upon my arrival. We had a wonderful experience shredding years and years worth of files at our company with them. The staff was very professional and kind and the price was right what we were looking for! After getting scammed with Office Depot's shredding service and having to dispute the charge, River City Shredding was a breath of fresh air! Plus, they were there within 24 hours of requesting their services!

I saw one of their trucks the other day in the parking lot of one of the local hospitals. These guys are great. It is a family owned business that I have been able to watch grow even if it has only been a few short years that I have known them. I definitely recommend River City Shredding over any of the bigger companies.
