They took over 1000 to rent 2 dumpers then once we finish the job and the job and we wasn't there no more they dump the stuff in the back off the house and said we didn't pay them I have all paperwork and receipts saying we paid 460 for one and 560 for the other they are scamming ppl and told the ppl we was doing the job for that we didn't pay them there money when we payed a extra 100 more for any additional fees don't use this company at all once we got done job and they seem we wasn't coming back the did there illegal dum... read more
On-time delivery and pick-up. Very reasonable cost for the time allotted compared to other providers. Very responsive to phone calls, etc. WORD TO THE WISE -- read the *entire* terms agreement. If they say a fee "may" be assessed, it will. And it will be like $200.00.
I cannot say enough nice words! The previous company I hired to deliver a dumpster stood me up with NO phone call. I had to call them to find out it wasn't being delivered. Two family members had driven 2 hours to help me fill the dumpster and no dumpster. River City Rubbish to the rescue! They delivered that same afternoon with kind customer service recognizing the urgency of my situation. The gal in the office is awesome. We have been using River City Rubbish for many years and have had excellent service from them. A few years ago there was a situation where a driver accidentally damaged one of our trailers while making a pickup. I sent them an email with photos and the information on the cost to repair. They covered that cost for us. I believe what we do when mistakes are made is what really matters, and I’m very thankful to have a relationship with a company who feels the same way. Highly recommend doing business with this local company!
